Conditions of using the services of the Amenity-girl agency. (hereinafter referred to as Conditions)

1. Final price covers the time spent with the escort calculated from the beginning of the meeting + travel expenses of the escort.

2. You cover the travel expenses for the escort. The expenses for any kind of transport are covered by you. If it is necessary to utilise the air move, you have to provide the air-tickets in advance at least 24 hours. We require to send us a copy of the e-ticket by electronic mail to our e-mail address in electronic version.

3. The expenses for accommodation and expenses for board for the escort are at your expense.

4. The payment is realised directly to the escort, IMMEDIATELY at the beginning of the meeting.

5. If you ordered the escort, please, make an effort to keep the time of the meeting. Eventual change of the term, please let us know as soon as possible, because your chosen escort will be reserved for this time exclusively for you.

6. The payment should be discreetly transferred to the escort at the beginning of the meeting. It is appropriate if you transfer the sum to the escort discreetly in an envelope. Discreet manners are suitable for both parties, because the meeting can proceed in peace and harmony.

7. The credibility from the side of agency and the escort is absolute. We make efforts to maintain the greatest discretion possible and all our escorts are conscious of it. The discretion and the credibility is important equally fro you as well as to our escorts. Our escorts require the same from you therefore is your joint meeting provided by means of our agency. This is the only way to provide the necessary trustworthiness at both sides.

8. Our escorts do accept ONLY the meetings by means of our agency, because we respect their requirements for trustworthiness and discretion of the client. Therefore even the direct communication with the escort for the purpose to arrange the meeting is not accepted because of the reason of trustworthiness and discretion, and also because of our support provided to the escort.

9. We can assure your reservation, if you require it at least 48 hours before the requested term of the meeting, however in the case of unscheduled release of the escort we can provide the meeting even in shorter period of time. Please inquire.

You can reserve an escort for the minimum period of 3 hours for the meeting in Bratislava and for the minimum period of 6 hours for the meeting in Vienna and Budapest. For other European destinations is minimum period of reservation 12 hours.

10. Our escorts travel exclusively only within Europe. Travelling to other countries is necessary to consult with the agency.

11. All escorts presented at www.amenity-girl.com do accept only the meetings of the type OUTCALL.

1. The agency Amenity-girl is not the employer of the escorts presented on the web-page www.amenity-girl.com.

2. All escorts are independent and responsible persons to which the agency provides the space and promotion to perform their work.

3. The agency resigns from any responsibility for any possible disagreements, inconvenience, damages, harm, injuries, damage to the repute, lost profit and other direct or indirect damage to the client caused directly or indirectly by the actions of the escort during the time of meeting as well as after the meeting.

4. The reward for the mediated services is assigned to the escort for the time, which she devotes to the client. Anything stated in this page, must not be understood otherwise, only as the reward for the company of the escort. Any sexual activities between the client and the escort are exclusively the personal decision and the will of an escort and are subject to her approval therefore they are not claimable from the side of the client.

The agency requires from the clients who utilise the agency services to approve the conditions in all points as stated in "Conditions" and "Scope of responsibility".

The agency offers to its clients the trustworthiness and discretion. No information provided for the purpose of meeting mediation by the client will be electronically archived, nor will it be processed by other way with the exception of the information necessary for the planning of the meeting. Any information will not be knowingly provided to the third party with exception of the cases defined by the applicable legal standards in the country of the operator of the agency Amenity-girl and international applicable legal standards.

We do not accept credit cards nor the payments by means of Western Union. We do accept ONLY payments paid to the escort directly during the meeting.

Dear client, we would like to give notice to you that the stated prices for the services are possible to realise ONLY on the basis of our arrangement with the escort, so they are valid only if the escort approves them.

Travelling expenses:

The travelling expenses are the fee to provide the transport of the escort from/to the place of the meeting. The travelling expenses cover all travel expenses of the escort, such as transport to and from he airport, coach, train, taxi.... The travelling expenses are not included in the price. The client must take into account also this charge and pay it to the escort by the meeting.
